in response to kat's comment, here's a few tippers n tricks:

1. the easy way: make sure u choose the COMPOSE tab over the EDIT HTML tab. that one will let you see the text as it should appear on the actual screen.

2. color: highlight the text you want colored, then click on the button with the "T" and a small color palette box next to it and choose the color of ur choice.

3. bold or italacize: just highlight ur text and click on the "b" button or the "i" button and it shall do as so.

hmm...yeah i dunno everything's pretty much in the toolbar. oh yeah the picture thing.

4. picture: u have to post ur pictures up on www.flickr.com then copy the link from there and put it in the ADD PHOTO box in your profile setup on www.blogger.com. yeps that should be it.

if it sounds kind of confusing, i'll show u next time we chill out. hope it works out.

The Kid

So besides complaining to the usual peeps, last weekend I had extra friends to vent to: shot some pool with my coworker Monica, drove up to LA to visit Rumie with Dina (who actually did the driving), had breakfast at the Broken Yolk with Siti (the food was very good, I had Eggs Benedict, 1851 Garnet Ave in Pacific Beach), and I dunno whether it was a weekend of hootin' and hollarin' or what but it definitely prepared me for this week to deal with Asian Lady in the White Man Mask. We all know one of those. Siti played Devil's Advocate and said that some of us, when we reached a position of power, might also be found wearing the mask ourselves. (Not me, Siti, and I'll make sure you won't ever either!) But I must admit, you all were soooo helpful and made me think...way bigger.

But then, in pops The Kid of Asian Lady Wearing White Mask. He is sooooo adorable! Right now, Asian Lady Wearing White Man Mask is on vacation. But we left off on quite the happy note.

by the way y'all, i'm back in SD (so. cal, krackerville, etc..), whatevr u may choose to call it. but yeah i'm back here again. so if anyone cares to get in touch with me, just lemme know. i'm just bumming around on the futon in my parent's living room, remaining roomless with all my junk still in boxes. so believe it or not i'm still in the perpetual moving stage of my life as usual. in any case, i was just wondering what's goin' on with everyone else?

• the congregation of orawin + d + kat + rumie + possibly kolab will take place at rumie's place in LA; which shall include a mini-triplet early bday and webcaming session w/ kanha if technological contents provide; oh yeah and of course, what else but the infamous POKER NIGHT!

• Happy B-day triplets!

so i'm finally stickin' to my words and gonna make this keeping in touch thing happen. i promise i will be posting as many pics as i can; well at least once i get my camera back from the canon repair. alrite. gotta send off resumes now. shall return later.

the birth of Good Ol' Timers

as i was generating this very account for our lil' mobs, it was quite difficult to find a title that described "us"; all of us as a matter of fact. plus my creativity's a bit shunted the first few minutes coming out of bed. so i decided to look up various synonyms for the word "friends", and stumbled upon listings that included words like "hob nob, camarilla," and so on. then i thought about calling us "model asean" and that still didn't quite feel right, since there weren't enough representations of the countries to do the tite justice. or the "poker chics" but not all of us played that, n plus it didn't have the right sort of ring to it. so i just thought, why not just "good ol' timers". cuz everytime we're all together, whether it be playing poker or hoping around the monopoly board or making weird finger gestures to indicate the dim sum plate of our desire in china town, we have a good time just being in each other's company. so i stuck with this title and so here is the birth of "Good ol' Timers."

p.s. in hindsight, "good company" would of been a cute simple lil' name. oh wells.
